The New Narrative explores the newfound embrace of genderless fashion with a focus on men who dapple with feminine aesthetics. It tells the story of fashion’s past dalliances with unisex and androgyny movements; its relationship with identity; and the role of the wardrobe in empowering a collective. Although the presence of males in female clothing is gaining a greater spotlight, the education surrounding this freedom to express is simply tolerated. Here, it is celebrated.

The project's heart is a hybrid publication comprising a creative essay and editorial imagery of genderless fashion in action. Divided into six chapters bookended by verse, the magazine surveys fashion from analytical and emotive standpoints. Browse some of the spreads below.
Campus campaign
Engineered for a college audience, The New Narrative campaign is a pop-up photoshoot that champions a genderless wardrobe. It encourages participants to experiment and reinvent their style, which is memorialized through souvenirs. Sometimes, a message doesn’t have to be loud to be heard; there is power in simplicity, visibility, and a steadfast point of view, that urges viewers to take a second look.
